Here is Sawako, a kitten with a wide eyed look, despite her love for napping. She can be found sleeping under trees, fruit trees in particular, and snacking on the fallen fruit. She has a special love for cherry trees!
Sawako is a 11 cm tall handsewn artist kitten teddy, made with soft dark brown, almost black, viscose and coloured cotton. Her belly has a cute patch with an embroidered cherry, the thread being specialty hand dyed embroidery thread.
She is stuffed with sawdust, regen poly fill and fabric scraps leftover from previous projects. Sawako also has a cotter pin joint in her head and neck, making her head rotatable.
She would make an adorable doll companion, especially for a blythe doll, but she would also make a sweet gift or displayed as decor!
Please note that since she's made with dark fabric, pet fur, dust, etc will show up on her. Please display her carefully.

As with all my other toys, she will come beautiful packaged with a box with a hand drawn illustration and postcard.
